With their K95 RGB Platinum, Corsair offers a new mechanical keyboard equipped with CherryMX Speed RGB switches. This keyboard is not based on a standard layout featuring a few additional buttons, this is a high-end product suitable for anybody who likes keyboards with linear yet very quick actuation. Apart from that there is the mentioned RGB backlight and the F-keys come with two pre-defined functions
Today we are having a close look at the K95 Platinum RGB keyboard from Corsair. Once again there are CherryMX RGB switches, featuring RGB backlight. Compared to the previous K95 RGB, the new Platinum version received a significant overhaul and alongside of it a new version of the Corsair Utility Engine was launched. One thing that stands out is that this keyboard now comes with only six macro buttons and also the arrangment of the multimedia buttons has been changed.
